At Symbolife, we aim to provide the best quality products and service we can, we are confident that the goods will perform well and meet your needs. If, however, you change your mind, have bought the wrong size, or don’t want the product for any other reason, please let us know within 14 days by emailing: returns@symbolife.com.

Symbolife Returns Details:

Symbolife will happily refund or replace an item which is damaged or faulty see (below).

We will also offer a refund if you have purchased the incorrect size or a replacement size will be offered. Size exchanges will be sent back out to you free of charge. Feel free to buy and try!!!

Symbolife will only give a full refund if an item is returned as sold and resalable. We will not refund if we think the item has been tampered with, worn or any of the sale tags removed.

Please note that Symbolife can only refund the cost of the item returned to you and not any of the other postage costs incurred.

Symbolife will refund at the price the item was bought.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us on the above e-mail within 14 days. If you find a fault with any Symbolife product after 14 days that is not caused by abnormal treatment or inappropriate use, please let us know at the above contact details for further advice.

If an item is damaged or faulty, we will exchange it for a new product upon receipt of the original, faulty or damaged item and following an inspection. We will cover postage charges of up to £10 for any items deemed faulty or damaged by us.

Please Note: Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for returning any faulty, damaged or unwanted goods to us within 14 days in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or replacement. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and packed carefully so that they are not damaged in the post.

Please send all returns using a recorded delivery service or ensure that you have proof of purchase.

Symbolife will not pay return postage, as we offer free UK+Ireland delivery to orders over £25.00; the customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel a contract, please contact us providing your name and order number. We will then contact you by email to arrange the return of the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
